Rainey Thompson serves as Vice President of Practice Management Services at MMA. She holds an undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration with a healthcare concentration from Boston University. Ms. Thompson has worked in the healthcare field since 1980 as both a financial manager and as a consultant. She has been with Medical Management Associates, Inc. since 1996. Her areas of expertise include practice operations, including mergers and practice start-ups. She heads MMA's Recruitment Department and works with clients on human resources related issues.
