Robert L. Muller, II joined Medical Management Associates in 2010 and immediately started MMA Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Medical Management Associates, Inc. Mr. Muller is responsible for executing and overseeing all real estate activities for the companies. Services include fair market valuations, lease negotiation, site and building acquisition/disposition, and fee development. The scope of these services includes economic lease analysis, development budgets including all hard and soft costs, stabilized income statements, discounted cash flow and feasibility analysis. Mr. Muller has experience with turning around distressed properties for owners, financing, ownership, and joint venture documents to assess the status and the development plan to minimize cost and maximize property value.
Mr. Muller has successfully executed over $1 billion in real estate developments and transactions of all types over his 35+ year career. He has real estate experience on a national scale with a primary focus in the southeast. He has effectively managed multiple teams of professionals to achieve specific goals and objectives with a broad understanding of capital markets and joint venture structures. He has been expert witness for condemnation and property evaluation cases. He has been a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1987 and is a Registered Appraiser in Georgia.
Over the years, Mr. Muller has assisted with intown acquisition and construction of houses with Habitat for Humanity in Atlanta. He is an avid bicyclist and enjoy small boat sailing.
