Requirements/ Skills Needed Experienced Medical Practice Manager with 5+ years of supervisory experience needed for large multi-location medical practice with administrative offices in Atlanta, Newnan, Stockbridge and Fayette. Will be responsible for overseeing practice operations for all day-to-day activities at 4 busy practice locations. Will also be responsible for managing large staff who perform check-in-check-out, insurance verifications, scheduling, medical records and outbound referrals. Responsible for coordination with clinical staff to ensure patient services are both efficient and patient-centered. Requires 5+ years of experience in a medical practice management role, supervisory experience with good understanding of best practices. Position interacts with CEO and CFO, physicians and employees throughout the organization. Requires process analysis and problem-solving skills to assess and improve work processes. Also requires strong Excel skills. Requires ability to communicate effectively in writing and in person. Experience with revenue cycle a plus, although this position does not oversee finance or billing areas. Requirements/ Skills Needed Mohs Dermatology Practice - Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina - Ground floor opportunity for experienced biller/operations coordinator to handle the non-clinical functions for a solo dermatology start-up practice. Requires 4 to 5 years of experience in medical practice operations, front desk, medical coding and billing, credentialing, authorizations, and A/R follow-up. Position interacts with patients, staff and referring physicians and will be the face and voice of the practice. Requires prior experience performing all aspects of the revenue cycle process and experience with computer set-up and configuration. The right candidate will also demonstrate a high level of customer service and patient responsiveness. Experience with computer conversion or new system set-up preferred, i.e., referring physicians, fee schedules, adjustment and billing parameters.
